Do I need an account? Is guest checkout available?
For digital delivery, licenses, and re-downloads a customer account is usually recommended. Guest checkout may exist depending on setup; you may be asked to sign in after purchase to access files.
What payment methods are available (card, transfer, etc.)?
Payment runs through the site’s provider (e.g. PayTR) or announced methods. Card data is not stored on the store server; tokenization is handled by the PCI-compliant provider.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Usually instant; bank/3-D Secure, fraud checks, or installments can add a few minutes. After success you get email and (where available) your order screen updates.
Where do I download after purchase?
If signed in, use My account / Orders and Licenses for download or activation instructions. Links may be time-limited secure tokens.
I can’t find my order — what should I check?
Sign in with the email used at checkout. Check spam for confirmation; try another browser or incognito if cookies/session are wrong.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Digital content is often treated as consumed once delivered; refunds depend on fault, wrong version, or pre-consumption cancellation per applicable consumer law and policy.
I registered with the wrong email — what now?
Contact support with proof of purchase to request a correction. Registrations that look like someone else’s address may be reviewed for security.
Where do I see my license key / activation?
Codes appear in account license/product detail or license email per documentation. If automatic API activation exists, an in-product flow may be offered.
I bought for family/team — can I share?
Typical licenses limit users or devices. Reselling, cracks, or unauthorized sharing may violate copyright and license terms and can lead to account closure.
Where is my invoice / why might VAT look different?
Corporate vs. individual invoicing follows your checkout and admin settings. VAT rates vary by product type and invoicing entity; e-archive/e-invoice may trigger separately per setup.
Security: I saw a suspicious price or email
If branding or domain looks fake, alert admin immediately. Ensure checkout is HTTPS on a domain you trust; redirects to unknown IBANs are red flags.
Where do I enter a cart / discount code?
Enter it at checkout or in the coupon field when shown. Invalid or expired codes error out; codes may be case-sensitive.
How do I limit notification emails?
In an open marketplace model, account settings may separate marketing vs. transactional mail (per privacy law). System/payment emails may still be sent as required service mail.
I changed device — do download rights continue?
While signed into the same account, device limits depend on the product license. Reset may require seller/support approval or license UI.
What is maintenance; does it affect my order?
Checkout may be briefly unavailable during maintenance; completed orders remain accessible in your session. Watch status pages and email announcements.
Privacy: where is my data stored?
Order and contact fields are stored for required commercial records in the database and backups. Privacy notices explain purpose, retention, and rights; you may submit data requests via account or email.
Can I leave a review or rating?
If enabled, confirmed orders may allow ratings/feedback. Abuse, spam, or infringing content can be removed.
